• Important Note About LTE. If using LTE, a carrier signal is required. Loxx Boxx is certified on national carrier networks, a weak signal may require contacting Loxx Boxx customer support to change carriers. All carrier billing is managed by Loxx Boxx and included in the LTE app fee.
• Revolutionary access control provides maximum security. Loxx Boxx automatically uses a delivery carrier’s tracking number to create one-time access codes. The carrier can only access the box once per delivery. The app updates the status of deliveries involving more than one package. The app can create tracking codes for friends and family that are shared from the app. (one-time or unlimited use). Creating a unique access code from the app is a simple and quick process.
• Loxx Boxx app automatically tracks packages from shipment to delivery. The tracking for all deliveries is easy to view and is in one place in the app. Recent activity is updated on the app’s dashboard. Other solutions require user accounts with each carrier for delivery notifications. Loxx Boxx eliminated the need to search through emails and review multiple apps to know where your packages are in transit. Sharing a tracking number into the app is easy and uses the “hover” feature on your phone.
• Loxx Boxx App Sends Notifications of All Boxx Activity to Your Mobile Device. Know the moment your package arrives. Know which package has been delivered and the access code used. Know when unauthorized access has been attempted (Tamper Alert). Know the Boxx temperature when groceries are delivered.
• Internal Temperature Monitoring allows you to accept groceries when you are not home. The user can set the threshold for when temperature notifications are sent and by selecting “grocery” as your delivery type, the app automatically turns on temperature monitoring in your Loxx Boxx.
• A built-in Alarm that serves as a theft deterrent and sends a Tamper Alert to your phone. Loxx Boxx is a Weather, Pet, and Theft-resistant Steel Boxx that comes fully assembled with hardware to anchor the Boxx in place.
• Loxx Boxx App is free for 30 days and then automatically renews at $1.99 per month for Wi-Fi and $3.99 per month for LTE. App Subscribers benefit from Loxx Boxx's "Safe Receipt Policy". Loxx Boxx, Inc. is so confident that we can stop porch pirates from stealing your deliveries that we are willing to cover the replacement cost of items stolen from your Loxx Boxx, up to 500 dollars.
• No cords or power outlets are required. Loxx Boxx is battery-powered and comes with a power bank for remote charging. Ships fully assembled.
