This unit arrived in four boxes and is extremely heavy. The unit came very well packaged and everything was very well wrapped so that it does not get scratched or damaged. The 4 wooden post are solid and heavy. There are a lot of pieces to this, so it did take some time to get it built but I think that it looks great and I am pleased with it.

This hardtop solid wood Gazebo came one-time with many different packages. Nothing was damage but very heavy. Will have to update once completed. Had the get ground paper so they can check to make sure nothing get busted due to I'm getting it installed in my back yard. A long process had to check with my association to make sure it's okay because I'm getting cement. For the railings I'm not sure what all that means but it's getting done. Waiting for the contractor to get un- busy.

5stars for design,3 for roof-missing screw holes,2 for upper wood cracks,1 for posts-not solid wood,cracks,poorly stained waterproof had to stained after 2 weeks when new cracks come out ,misleading description,not worth it

Size was out by a foot, but will work for my application, nice solid structure, very well designed and assembled! Definitely would recommend this product! Plan on 10x12? Shorts foot both ways. Otherwise
