Our first comment was great, and at that time the Tub was working. One morning about 3 days ago, we went to use the tub and it wasn’t working. Well we open the control panel…right away we’re looking at burned wire along with the control panel. So our very expensive product is now NOT WORKING. We have contacted Luxuria this am…again the first call we were told the man that takes care of this wasn’t there. Well he’s there today and we’ve called several times to no avail. We got in touch withLuxuria…they are sending a new board

Very pleased. Bid of a hiccup with a broken plug but customer service remedied immediately.

Total disaster. Run. China junk. Showed up had a crew of four move it into place then it won’t even run, pump shorted out tripped breakers on the hot tub. Access panel screws stripped total disaster. I feel violated. Call customer service at Wayfare they shuffled me off to the vendor. I will never buy from Wayfair again. Vendor tells me it needs a new pump they want me to install it. Brand new hot tub I have to install the new pump day one??Vendor giving me the runaround. I want my money back.
