So far a good! We got the hot tub about a week ago and are very happy with it. Had to have an electrician hookup. Pros Jets are strong, speakers were easy to hook up and seating configuration is roomy! Cons Controls were difficult to learn how to use, instructions are a bit confusing and cup holder lights aren’t working.

I installed this a week ago and everything works great so far. When I ordered it, it was in stock and said it would be delivered within a week. Then on the last day of the delivery window, the status was changed to “Backordered”, but it arrived 2 weeks later and the local delivery service was excellent. It is big, and heavy, but once placed, it was easy to fill and get running. There are MANY jets and they all work well. Each seat has its own configuration of jets, and the arm rests in the corners make it very comfortable for everyone to have their place with larger groups. Temperature maintains well, and user menu is bright and easy to operate.
