Not a 1" border only a lip on the top very flimsy i will be returning it asap!

It is not a bad item. Only drawback is the plastic stakes. Also you'll have to make a slit with a utility knife for the stake to go through and into ground. The lip on the bottom of the border is very small and the stake doesn't have a big enough overhang to anchor well. I tried didn't work, thus I cut a small slit to put the stake through. Metal stakes would be better.

I'm glad I purchased more than I thought I needed; after placing it in the desired place, I soon knew I wanted it to go into other areas! Good stuff.

I had a different thought as to how this flower bed molding would be. The material does seem durable. The main issue I have is it’s molded in the form that it arrived. So you will definitely have to do some work to get it in the shape you it in.
