I returned this item due to the PVC condition. There were areas where the PVC was marred, had a rough and inconsistent finish, and many tabs remained from the molding process that should have been removed and finished. Corners were rounded from sanding and did not maintain sharp lines. This was evident from a distance and we decided the post would not look good in front of the house.
