The item arrived on time. During installation, we noticed a small dent at the bottom, but when I contacted Wayfair’s customer service, the representative offered 20 credit instead of requiring a return—absolutely amazing service. The unit came 99 pre-assembled all we needed to do was install the 2 foot brackets with two screws and follow the instructions to complete the pergola setup. We’re very impressed with both the quality and the functionality—being able to adjust the louvers separately at the top and bottom, with a full 180° open and close, is a fantastic feature. Our Mirador pergola is charcoal and this item advertised as black online however, it came charcoal that worked even better for us.

The shutters were very easy to install and look great. Will purchase more when I add on to my pergola.

shutters were great addition to our pergola. Arrived reassembled. The rod on one side was bent but was able to fix. Easily hang them on the lip of the pergola. These are very sturdy and doesn’t rattle against wind. Totally happy with this purchase.
