Excellent customer service! We had a bolt break while building this gazebo and reached out to the company with the part number we needed. They responded quickly and sent a new part right away. It arrived quickly and we were able to build the rest without issue. Very nice gazebo and very good customer service!

Love the pergola, it's very sturdy and elegant. We've had it for a year now, and it's held up in the wind and storms. I've added a few items, fan (plug-in), side panels (easy to close), and a TV. It's very durable, easy to hang and install items. Would highly recommend it if you're on a budget and want a DIY project.

Second story deck installation. I replaced a roofless pergola. Instructions recommended 3 people to build this gazebo. I was able to build it by myself. This gazebo is very high quality. Instructions are excellent. Modern Shade customer support is really good.
