This chair broke- total bummer we loved it and it was expensive

This chair was perfect for an accent chair in my living room without being another 4 footed chair on the ground. It was easy enough to hang.. just make sure that you have a stud finder & available beams in your ceiling. (I had about an inch between the drywall and the beam, which made things more complicated, but ultimately we were able to go through the can lights) Once hung, Ive had no issues! No pulling on the drywall, cracks, or movement!

I get so many compliments on this chair! It’s very comfortable to sit and read or enjoy a cup of coffee in. Looks beautiful. My dog also really seems to enjoy it.

This chair broke three months after we put it up in my daughters room.It was about $400. She weighs 125 pounds. The iron ring completely snapped in half. It is dangerous. There was no path to contact Wayfair on the website. And I spent 45 minutes on hold and eventually had to hang up. My next call will be to the Better Business Bureau.

The perfect spot for a cup of coffee, read a book or just relax! Easy to nap, too. We fight over it.
