I ordered the open box item and, similar to other reviews here, I only received 1 chair of the set. The quality of the product was really good and customer service did eventually give a full refund (after offering a partial refund first), but it's frustrating to not receive the order as expected.

I ordered an 8 piece sectional and received only 1 piece. Apparently this was an issue because I ordered an open box. Wayfair said they can’t send me the other 7 pieces or a replacement. They can only refund my order. Very disappointed. Don’t sell an open box option if you can’t fulfill the order!

We love this. It gives our back yard a clean, fresh, modern feel. We used to put the cushions away when it rains. Recently we got a huge square shaped cover for the set which makes it easier to use than rushing around when it starts to rain. The cushions clean up well with a quick wipe down with a damp rag. It looks amazing after nearly two seasons. Delivery and assembly was not as advertised but we received money off as an apology.
