6Ft H Slatted Aluminum Gate (Not Including Posts)

Overall quality is good and instructions were okay but the slats that slot into the door frame are slightly thinner than the channel it slides in, so it rattled quite a bit when the gate closes. Perhaps I am a bit OCD and this really annoyed me so I ended up getting two really thin strips of aluminum cut to size and fit it in the gap all along the channel from top to bottom on both sides and it fits tight now with no more rattles. If it weren't for this fixable flaw, it woulda gotten the 5 stars.

Concerning....I recently purchased this "Gate/Fence set from Wayfair because I absolutely fell in love with the design and overall beauty of it. The style is elegant, modern and exactly what I was looking for to enhance the side of my property. The installation instructions provided were very limited and unclear, which made the setup process frustrating and time-consuming. To make matters worse, several important parts that I had to order separately were missing from the order, including the correct number of posts needed to properly install the gate and fence. I contacted Wayfair immediately to report the missing items and request assistance. They could only help me a limited extent because the manufacturing company was the experts on their materials. While Wayfair and the Manufacturing company have acknowledged the issue, the response and follow-up have been very slow. I'm still waiting for a complete resolution, and the lack of urgency and customer support has been incredibly frustrating. It's really sad because this gate/fence itself is beautiful and h as so much potential, but the poor support, incomplete shipment, and lack of clear installation guidance have completely taken away from what should have been an exciting purchase experience. I truly hope Wayfair and the Manufacturing company improves its customer service and resolves these issues for future customers. If and when this issue is resolved I will definitely post pictures.
