Concerning....I recently purchased this "Gate/Fence set from Wayfair because I absolutely fell in love with the design and overall beauty of it. The style is elegant, modern and exactly what I was looking for to enhance the side of my property. The installation instructions provided were very limited and unclear, which made the setup process frustrating and time-consuming. To make matters worse, several important parts that I had to order separately were missing from the order, including the correct number of posts needed to properly install the gate and fence. I contacted Wayfair immediately to report the missing items and request assistance. They could only help me a limited extent because the manufacturing company was the experts on their materials. While Wayfair and the Manufacturing company have acknowledged the issue, the response and follow-up have been very slow. I'm still waiting for a complete resolution, and the lack of urgency and customer support has been incredibly frustrating. It's really sad because this gate/fence itself is beautiful and h as so much potential, but the poor support, incomplete shipment, and lack of clear installation guidance have completely taken away from what should have been an exciting purchase experience. I truly hope Wayfair and the Manufacturing company improves its customer service and resolves these issues for future customers. If and when this issue is resolved I will definitely post pictures.

I ordered this gate to comply with a recent fire ordinance. It's made fully of aluminum and fits a 36in opening. Putting it together was frustrating, as there was no text in the instructions and the bolts/nuts were really soft and finicky. It all worked out though, and seems to hang well. I had to spray the lock and hinges down with WD40 to get them to move without bad metal-on-metal squeaks. Overall, it does the job. I'll see how it holds up to sagging over the coming years.

excellent look and choice. Looks very elegant. nice and tall. Needed assembly, but wasn't bad. I would buy it again, but make sure you have someone to install it
