We ordered 6 chairs to go with a table we already have. One chair had a faulty weld which makes the chair sit about an inch lower on one side. Wayfair took care of the issue and sent us a replacement chair. We love them! Thank you Wayfair! 7.11.25 - Pictures with a diagram submitted. All we need is a replacement base to the chair. 7.14.25 They want us to remove the chair from the base and submit more pictures. Why is it so difficult to have this replaced??????? We have purchase 6 of these chairs, with one of them being an issue. We are starting to get upset!
