Not happy. The grill was ordered with assembly. Came un- assembled. This was a primary reason of ordering with Wayfair. I’m so disappointed.

After disappointment after disappointment another disappointment arrives. The wrong part came. I received another hood instead of the firebox which was requested by Chris and myself on a separate call with customer service

Original order was badly damaged by FedEx— went through Wayfair’s process for refundreplacement. Monument sent me new parts for what was damaged. It took a few weeks, but I’m pleased with the outcome and service. Grill works great! Not hard to assemble.

This is a great grill, what made really want this was the window in the firebox is great perk. The side burner as well but it's not meant for simmering cause on low it will burn food. Easy to clean however I notice dripping on the tank that may be a big issue. And what I really like assembly wasn't to much of an issue since the firebox is assembled you need to put together side tables and storage box. Now what really sucks the box had slight damage which most likely caused paint damage and open and closing the lid scrapes the edge, it either bent during shipping or made like this. It's not major issue now but I'm very concerned with rust and what it will look like late on during heavy use. Now wayfair sent a whole new grill to make up for it no charge and keep, dispose the old one. I was slightly annoyed cause I prefer a compensation with a partial refund and I said don't send but customer service lacks communication. So I'm stuck with this grill and I guess I should hold on to the new one since I don't know how long this will last. Despite all this I recommend it but most likely your going to have similar issue! You may want to shop around and read reviews P.s. warming rack had defect where it had some rough spot, but nothing terrible only very small I hope this helps
