Love this tub! Great service! Seam in lid is ripped, and a replacement was ordered quickly. The tub heat up in 3-days on 110v, due to very cold temperatures and water was only 36 degrees as we filled tub from the garden hose. Successfully stayed above 102 during this crazy Canadian Arctic Front (-17 Celsius). Easy to put together, instructions are OK. Wasn't heavy to lift, just awkward. Lights and jets work great. Amazing purchase for the price it comes w a cover and inflated pad that goes on the water to keep the heat in when not in use. The filter equipment is hidden inside so no excess pumps in sight which I love. It has 6 padded seats on the ground but really only fits 4 adults comfortably in it. It was a great purchase love it. Fast delivery. Had small issue with tear in cover that was quickly resolved be the seller and Wayfair. Took a bit of time to get up to temperature, but maintaining temperature well in Toronto winter; drops about 3 degrees if the family is in for 30 minutes and recovers quickly. The overall product is great. It is a plug and play when it came with the option to hardwire and with the second delivery we decided to hardwire. Yes you heard me correctly second delivery. First one was damaged and we were asked to dispose or donate that one. After seeing reviews of how long it took to heat up we decided to hardwire and it only took less than 24 hours to heat up to 104°. It only has one light on the inside of the tub which is a downer but I will find other option to get it looking pretty. The service however from Wayfare was not my greatest experience and it’s very discouraging. I had always wanted a hot tub when I bought my first home but they were always so expensive. While shopping on Wayfair one day I came across the Plug and Play hot tubs and was blown away by the price and the reviews. I did a lot of shopping around online and went through all the reviews/pictures/YouTube videos and chose to go with this one and could not be happier. I'll explain from start to finish for those who are questioning whether or not to purchase this... When I first placed my order in Mid November, I was told it was not going to ship to me until around mid January. The hot tub came earlier than expected and the delivery guys put it in our garage and it comes sitting on a big pallet with lots of plastic wrapping protection. I suggest using a flat dolly and placing it right under the middle of the hot tub (taking it off the pallet obviously) and rolling it to your designated area. Me and my spouse were able to move it and place it easily together. The instructions were pretty straight forward to follow. Do NOT plug in the tub until after you fill it up so you do not ruin the jets. It took only about 20 minutes to fill up the tub with hose water and took approximately 24 hours to reach 102 degrees and it was perfect temperature. I live in Vancouver, Canada so it has already started to get really cold outside and considering our hose water was very cold filling up I was surprised how quick it took as I saw some reviews saying it took over 48 hours to heat up. The led lights inside are so pretty and you can choose which color you want or can do a fast light change or a slow light changing setting. We went to a local spa supply store and they gave me a starter kit for about $130 and pretty simple instructions. We threw in some chlorine crystals and got in tonight for the first time and all we can say is... WOW! Amazing, amazing, amazing and for the price it cannot be beat. The temperature held its reading well considering the outdoor temp. It went from 102 to 100 degrees in about an hour which was still perfect and you can't even tell the difference. The jets are super strong and I have been in $30,000+ hot tubs and these are on par with them. In fact, we had to lower the pressure a few times because they were nice and strong. The thermal cover that's included is also really nice and keeps the heat locked in. The only disclaimer is if you plan on having any hot tub parties or 4 people in it, as the other reviews state, it is very tight only in the leg/feet area. So if you don't mind wrapping some legs together or touching feet, you'll be fine. Otherwise, going with a 5 person tub may be better for you. It is only our first night using it but I can already tell you I plan on using this almost every night, it's the best money I have ever spent and well worth every penny for a luxury item!
