Poor shipping packaging, plates facing torn side of box are broken. Not sure if I will be able to get replacement. After reporting the issue, it said I can return for a replacement and then it says not eligible for replacement or refund.

These are the perfect lightweight plates. Some came in broken, but were replaced as soon as I called.

The plates are good and strong. But the came cracked up They are replacing the plates. Thank you

Unfortunately even though these plates were exactly what we needed there was a lot of breakage in the small plates. At least 17 were chipped or totally cracked.
