One of the boxes didn't have screws so they couldn't assemble it. Now they are mailing me the screws and I can with reschedule them to come back or assemble it myself. So much for "White Glove" delivery and set up.

What came was good but missed one chair and one Ottoman (including their cushions). Would have loved for all of th set to come as one package. I paid extra for white glove delivery and I’m now unsure how it will work even if I get the chair and ottoman in another delivery. Also , a couple of cushions which came were a little worn out (though wrapped in plastic)

This 5pc Patio Set is absolutely beautiful! Wayfair Free White Glove Delivery set it up fast and easily and removed all the empty boxes. All the pieces are very sturdy and comfortable, unlike other sets I've tried that were very low and felt flimsy. I like the fact that the seats are nice and deep with armrests, which make it feel like real furniture. I'm definitely confident that this set will last and we will be able to enjoy it!
