Water Turtle Statue

I have two other Nichols Bros. Stoneworks garden animal statues and I like them so much I treated myself to another one. I ordered it in Weathered Bronze because I wanted a green turtle. But either the color sample on Wayfair's page isn't right or something happened to the glaze, because it came out rusty yellow with an olive green undertone that gets greener when the turtle is wet. It's a unique and enchanting piece.

I was pleased the item arrived with no damage, it was packed very well. It's adorable, exactly what I was looking for. A good weight and nice flat bottom so it will be secure when placed on our stone wall.

Super cute and a nice compliment to my terra cotta pots.
