Terrible! The assembly is a joke! Missing a piece and most of the roof panels came damaged or defective

I purchased this to extend our usable space on our patio. It took 2 people about 5 hours in the Texas heat to put this together. We did have some experience with this type of assembly so that helped streamline things. It definitely needs to be anchored, but once it is the awning is quite stable. We love this addition and it looks great. An added, unforseen bonus being in Texas, it has helped keep my house much cooler by keeping the sun off of that portion of the house.

Nothing lined up correctly The instructions were NOT clear just photos mainly and letters and numbers. No explanation on how to turn poles. I am very Dustin how this turned out. I had to zip tie and make my own holes and rig it together due to this. It’s probably not even safe to be under at this point. The screws are not correct and the top does not line up. I’m so dissatisfied

I went into this project with confidence… and about halfway through, that confidence packed its bags and left. The setup started off surprisingly smooth, and I thought, “Wow, this is going to be easy!” Then I got to the roof. Suddenly, none of the holes wanted to line up, and I found myself pulling, tugging, and questioning every life decision that led me to that moment. I seriously considered quitting right there. But after a lot of determination (and a few emergency calls to my neighbor to come hold pieces while I drilled), everything finally came together. And honestly? Totally worth it. The finished product looks fantastic. It took me about 8 hours to assemble mostly by myself, with occasional backup assistance from the neighbor. So if you’re planning to tackle this solo, prepare for a workout and a test of patience. But once it’s done, you’ll stand back, admire it, and forget all about the roof-induced emotional damage.
