Simple enough to install, happy with this purchase

What a great handrail which I need as I have no balance and need it for going up and down the front steps to feel safe. I included a photo of it put together and will add another of it installed as soon as the weather here in NY gets warmer and the snow stops flying. Very well made item and only took minutes to put together. Just a tip when putting together lay it on its side to attach the bottom bar, there is a baffle inside the leg bar that will slip out if not on its side, we know it happened to us, lol. I highly recommend! )

I had ordered a similar handrail for our concrete steps in the middle of our front sidewalk. I wanted the similar style to match our railing so I ordered two of these. Since I knew I wasn't going to be installing them right away--we first need to hire a carpenter to build new steps--I made sure all the parts were included and that all the pieces were okay. I noticed that the hardware box did not include the 16 required screws even though the instructions showed that they come with the product. So I contacted Wayfair and they sent the message to the manufacturer who then sent me a new hardware packet that included the 16 screws. When I went to see if they were the correct size, I then noticed screws already on some of the parts. Now, I have put together MANY items ordered from Wayfair and this is the first time that screws were already attached! It would have been nice if the instructions had indicated this. The other downside is the square piece that goes over the part that is bolted to the ground--it's plastic! My other handrail's covering for that part is metal. The rest of the handrail, though, is very sturdy and strong. My photos show the screw miscommunication issue and the plastic covering since the handrails won't be installed until later.

First order incorrect description. Second order NO HARDWARE

It's real nice and easy to install.
