Balancelle Classic

The swing is nice, however when package arrived 3 weeks after ordering it was missing parts (safety rings and chain) we contacted Wayfair for replacement parts after reaching out to the direct company of the swing as asked with instructions that came with the swing (received no reponse) Wayfair sent replacement parts that took almost 2 weeks just to be sent the wrong parts (sent the ones we already had) contacted again and Wayfair resent replacement parts that took another 2 weeks, when finally receiving correct parts the chain was the wrong one, no way it was with this swong because it would have been literally 4 feet from the ground because the chain was so short and thr wrong one to fit the swing We ended up buying a chain and making out own to fit the swing. Another $35 later... recommend product quality check prior to shipping not a great experience
