Terrible experience, will not order from wayfair again. Really really bad initial packaging for furniture weighing over 80# and fedfxx basically destroyed box, too many (7) conversations with representatives to resolve issue, returned order and do not want to chance going through this again. I really wanted to be happy with this purchase. The seventh wayfair representative was wonderful and resolved my concerns and issued a refund. She was amazing and I thank her for that.
