This small table is simple, sturdy, and nicely finished. The wood grain shows through a smooth, satin finished surface that feels pleasant to the touch. Assembly is quick and intuitive, and it feels stable. It does its job well and looks good doing it. Having said all that, Wayfair loses 2 stars because the box it came in had a hole and there’s a small stain on the surface right at that point. The kicker is that the box was ripped and folded over inside…. So it was that way at packaging and they mailed it anyway! Seriously Wayfair
