Bannan Wicker 6 - Person Seating Group with Cushions - No Assembly

There is an ugly strip of Velcro that shows on each seat cushion. The Velcro is only needed on the 2 corner end pieces with an armrest pillow, so the strips of Velcro on the 4 other seat cushions are quite visible and serve no purpose. The Velcro strips are not shown on the website photos! The manufacturer says they cannot replace the 4 seat cushion covers, and Wayfair just keeps sending me to the manufacturer’s site. And Wayfair wants $150 to come pickup the set for return. This set is not worth $3000+

Beware the fabric isn't UV/fade resistant! I am disappointed every year I bring these out for the summer. The cushions fade quickly and the company is not easy to be contacted for service.

Wow ... this did not end the way I hoped for! So many positive reviews and how did I end up with striped chairs and super hard cushions! I ordered the multi-brown but did not anticipate literal stripes!

I’m very happy with this purchase. I searched for weeks and landed on this one and noticed all the positive reviews. The reviews were spot on. The set is of great quality and not flimsy cheap like wicker sets you can buy from local stores, it came assembled, and the cover for the set was an added bonus and I’ll say much needed as where I live it rains all the time. I paid extra for the sunbrella material and glad I did as the water barely appears to penetrate the surface when a drink is spilled in it. Ever since I purchased this set I now find myself wanting to sit outside more than inside )

The timing on our delivery couldn't have been better. We recently had a pool installed along with a lot of landscaping then cleanup. Our delivery came about 2 days after all the work was done. All the pieces are very light weight and sturdy. I am 4'11" and 109 pounds and I was able to unbox and set up the screened in porch on my own. The turquoise pillows set off the black pieces beautifully. Here are a couple of things I didn't expect and am extremely grateful. It's possible it was in the write up and I missed it. 1) The cushions have velcro where they attach to another cushion to help keep them in place. 2) The set came with a nice pouch for covers. It also came with 8 clips to clip the pieces together and 8 extra feet. These extras fit nicely in the pouch with the cover. I haven't taken the cover out yet so I don't know if it's one large one or several smaller ones to fit the pieces separately. I did clip the 2 corner pieces together but the clips don't seem to attach strongly enough to hold them together. We'll see. Still gave it a 5 because that's a nit compared to everything else. I updated my review, changing it from a 5 to a 3. Main reason are the cushions. After less than 50 hours of use, the bottom cushion is developing an indentation as well as the cushion backs. The backs aren’t as uncomfortable as the seats. It’s just my husband and I. My husband is 155# and I’m 108#. Either way, the seats have now become uncomfortable to sit in for more than 1/2 an hour. It’s disappointing since, otherwise we love the set and enjoy sitting on our porch. We spend more time outside than inside in nice weather. Not sure how we’ll end up working around this.
