Tervell 7 - Person Patio Conversation Sets with Cushions

Nice for about the first year the second summer it started unraveling

We ordered this set 2 years ago and right off the bat, it had issues. After putting it together, there where places where pieces didn’t fit flush and the wicker was broken. This set is now not quite 2 years old and is very gently used (like sat on maybe 15-20 times in 2 years). This summer, the wicker all started to rip apart and almost melt away in the sun. We’ve not had unusually high temperatures for Missouri(regardless- it is a patio set and shouldn’t have had this issue) and have had a wicker set for years prior to this one that’s still going strong with zero issues at a vacation home (after being on this deck for 3 years then 3 at the vacation home). This should not have happened. Very dissatisfied with this set and the quality is extremely poor. Please discontinue selling this set Wayfair!

After just one year and one winter season, the woven material is brittle and cracking with even the slightest pressure. I’m so furious because I expected a $1,500 set to be more durable. Wayfair says it’s out of warranty and I should have bought a protection plan. This is a Wayfair brand. They should be ashamed to sell this. As you can see, every single piece in the set is similarly unable to withstand even one season outside.

East to put together and just what we were expecting. One thing- we ordered the furniture in brown and it came in grey, but we ended up liking the grey and kept it i stead of waiting another 4-6 weeks for a new one.

This was my very first purchase from Wayfair. I was a little nervous about buying outdoor furniture from the internet, but I am glad I did! This is exactly what I wanted on my deck! The quality is good, and the cushions are comfortable. Assembly started slowly, but once we got the hang of it it went smoothly and fairly quickly. Definitely a two person job! I really like that I can store the cushions readily in the tables. The rug is from Wayfair too.

Absolutely our favorite big purchase from Wayfair. Came as planned, easy to put together even though lots of pieces. Great quality, love the storage hard to find in sets, plus came with a cover. We added the pillows. Love that the cushions are thin easy to work with, very comfy. Now need an outdoor rug.
