This heavy duty garden hose reel is sturdy and well made. The extra large wheels prevent tip-overs and make it easy to roll around if necessary. It was easily assembled and the basket accessories is a particularly nice feature not usually seen on hose reels. It will hold a large hose, which will of course add some weight, but should still be able to roll on even terrain. This will prove to be a very good investment for me, and I hope for you also!

When I ordered this hose reel I was looking forward to not having to drag heavy hoses all over the yard to water my garden, or have the dogs chew on it. This reel can hold 300 ft. of hose, more than enough for us, and it is very sturdy. The only thing I found wrong was the screws were too short - although they would work, I would suggest getting some a little longer. Also, the wrench included is not adequate. Some spaces were a little hard to reach with that wrench, so we needed a stronger one.

Overall this is a great hose reel- very durable and sturdy. I like the tray for extra hose nozzles and the crank turns very smoothly. One issue was that after the unit was assembled we had 4 spare parts that weren’t listed on the parts list or anywhere on the manual. We were able to figure out that they are the wheel spacers, so we had to remove the wheels in order to add them. Another plus is that the tires are solid so they won’t deflate!

This hose reel is awesome! We have a pretty large yard and this helps water the plants at the back. The only problem is I couldn’t find a 300’ water hose that wasn’t collapsible and I was worried it wouldn’t work well with the reel. I opted for a 150’ and a 20’ lead hose which seems to be working perfectly.

Overall, an excellent purchase. This heavy-duty hose cart is well-designed and easy to assemble. It features a convenient handle for smoothly winding the hose, as well as a sturdy push handle at a comfortable height to easily maneuver .The portable stand with wheels is a plus, and the built-in storage rack on the back is a great addition for holding extra nozzles or attachments. Overall, a highly functional and worthwhile buy.
