This works great for my homemade grilled meatballs. Able to flip to evenly grill and I like to see the fat dripping off into the grill yet the meatballs are moist inside with the extra grilled flavor & browning on the outside.

It's really neat. I like it because my meatballs can be cooking on my grill while I'm outside getting something done in my yard. Nice multi-tasking. Pros: Great. Crisps up the outside and yummy on the inside! Cons: NONE!
