Surmatelas barbecue pour coquillages de mer gril (Ensemble de 12)

I ordered these and used them along with the stainless steel oyster shells to serve oysters for Thanksgiving. They worked great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I got these I didn’t realize that they were actually intended to be used with clams. Just thought it was a cool idea to be able to make your grill a little more versatile. We used them for mixed vegetables with cheese as a side dish. The material is thick enough that it will hold up well and it would take a good amount of force to dent one but thin enough where a stack of them really doesn’t take up much space.

They hold the liquid in and give restaurant quality to home grilling. I'll be trying some other seafood in the future and I expect the same heat results. They keep the food soaking in the seasoning and nothing gets dry.
