It perfectly cooks vegetables giving them just the right amount of crisp. It is also versatile and has a handle that is removable. I highly recommend this skillet!

The holes are big enough to let the heat in and distribute evenly to the veggies in the pan. The lip is tall enough to keep the items in the pan but allow you the flexibility to toss and move around to ensure an even grilled flavor. The removable handle is a great feature that allows you move and remove the pan from the fire without a mit…cause the handle stays cool on the side of the grill. I highly recommend to all grippers out there to get an Outset skillet with removable handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my new skillet and I really like it. I used a little oil to prevent my veggies from sticking and it worked like a charm. The removable handle is great-can hook it on the skillet easily and you do t have to worry about it melting or getting to hot to handle.
