12 Ft. W x 10 Ft. D Steel Patio Gazebo

The dimensions were not accurate to what I thought I was ordering. The delivery was late and difficulty with the instructions when trying to put it together. Not a great experience for first time order.

NOT ACTUALLY 10x12. Not even close. They are giving a measurement of the roof, which includes a pretty decent section OUTSIDE of the walls of the canopy. The usable space is more like 8.5 x 10.5.

Very flimsy steel breaks and bends during assembly. One of the pieces was missing a hole for nail. Had to use zip tie on that section

I would give 0 if possible. Extremely poor quality and defective parts. Directions are somewhat difficult as there are only poorly illustrated pictures. The spoke in the center was bent making it impossible to connect one of the supporting pieces, and another supporting corner connecting piece broke with minimal pressure. Wayfair was unable to replace as I was slightly outside of the 30 day return policy but guided me with the manufacturer. This company does not stand by their product and it took a week to rectify the situation. At first, they told me replacement parts weren’t available and offered me a 20 refund. Then they offered me replacement parts or a 30 refund. At that point I requested a refund as the item was absolutely unusable. I was given the refund after I deconstructed the frame and packed the entire gazebo for fed ex to pick up. The frame had only been out for 10 days, but had already started to rust and left stains on my freshly painted deck. The entire process was frustrating and a complete waste of time.

I have owned a few of these types of shade structures. It’s worth the price. Not as nice as previous $99 dollar units that I have purchased from Aldi. The stitching is average at best. There is no netting on top canopy so not bug proof if you put a light on at night but keeps the sun out.
