Awesome

Every picture I saw the shade sail was straight with no sag in the middle. I have tried everything to get the sag out but unable to. The string was not strong enough so I had to purchase different hardware.

Very disappointed, all 4 corner D rings pulled out in less then 2 months.

We were very happy initially. However, the sail only lasted about a month after it was installed. It didn't hold up to the (moderate amount of) wind. The metal rings on two of the corners tore through the fabric. The fabric was also tearing at the seams.

The sail is aestheticly pleasing and adds protection from the sun and tree debris. It unfortunately is not waterproof as you can see in the picture. I was hoping it would be since under the questions 2 times it was asked if it was waterproof and wayfair had answered “yes”. I would still recommend this product but not if it is needed to protect from rain.

This is horrible. There is no way I can keep this product. It looks really bad. It sank in the middle after we added more strings..if I could rate it at less than a zero I would.

I have not received the item ordered yet but so far my experience has been positive. Time will tell after receiving the item.

I like the shade. It is the perfect color because it won’t let sunshine through, but doesn’t make my bedroom too dark. I could not use my balcony without it. Good purchase.

Good for the price. Did the job! Good shade, easy to hang.

This order DID NOT COME WITH ANY posts so it was a useless waste of money.
