Outsunny 2'' Polyester Beige Cover Retractable Patio Awning

Product is very pretty and it works. But aesthetically it’s a major bummer as one side sags making it look crooked obviously. One of the crank arms doesn’t have enough resistance in it to hold the side out straight. The directions had the arm moved more towards the center. I thought at first the sagging was due to the positioning of the left arm. It wasn’t, we were able to slide it left and more in position with the right side. It only helped slightly, that side still sags. I’m super disappointed because it looks so janky. (Box was damaged, but couldn’t see any on product). To replace that one arm I’d have to unmount it from the side of the house. That is not ideal.

This was NOT 144" wide. Bought this to replace (thank you Allstate Protection Plan!) the Retractable Awning we purchased and installed in 2020. I ordered the exact one, but when it came, it is a full 12" narrower than the original. The PLAN was to use the same studs of the original install. Nope. We now have 6" on both sides that show the previous holes AND they don't shade ALL of our windows, which is why we needed the largest one! AND it doesn't close right!! SOOOO disappointed and will be asking for a reparations.
