Parts arrived in the box bent and scratched, the box was not damaged. We had to straighten a couple of pieces in order to assemble this pergola. Plus a couple of the imbedded “nuts” were crooked so we had to make adjustments for that as well. There are scratches all over the posts. I believe this was a return that was not inspected before it was shipped out again. The instructions for the “pulley system” of the canopy are not clear at all. What should have taken a couple of hours to build took the whole afternoon.

The canopy part collapsed I tried to get a refund and no one would return calls or emails. I will never buy from Wayfair again.

Beautiful pergola. Definitely a two person job when pitting together!

We love the pergola. We installed it affixed to our deck with decking screws and it's perfect. The instructions for attaching the string pulley are lacking so we had to figure that out. Otherwise, it was a pretty easy put together. Edited: No suitable replacement canopy was found so we had to get rid of it after 2 summers.

Very nice quality - light weight - challenging to assemble . Looks exactly as pictured. I love it!
