The binding which is sewn on is falling off due to defective stitching. Please tell me if there is any compensation for defects.

Bought this as a replacement for a gazebo on our deck. First year it worked OK and I was happy with the purchase. We removed it for the winter and put it back up in late spring. The second summer we used it the canopy ripped at the seams and I looked at the tag for warranty and saw it was manufactured in 2013 (10 years old). Wish they had sent me a newer unit since I ordered it in 2023 and I’m sure this is part of the reason it ripped.
