It looks really great but doesn’t heat up great

It's exactly what I was looking for. We love it!!! Threw out the lava rocks it came with because they were just ugly. Put in crystals instead. I was going to buy another one but now they're out of stock.

Ordered the heater but was unable to test it out until May as had a late spring and the snow kept coning here in Winnipeg. When we went to use it we found the adjustment knob would not go past the low setting ignite area which meant a very very low flame. Contacted Pamapic support to see how to fix the issue. They initially responded with they would send a new heater, however, we never received any further contact from them and they never responded to our request for an update email. Wayfair said they were unable to help as was over 30 days from receiving date. I am very disappointed as the heater looks great but very unfunctional. Recommend not ordering anything that may not be able to be tested immediately or you are going to be left hanging. Disappointed in Pamapic as they appeared to be going to resolve the issue and then just dropped the whole matter.

This heater looks nice, but it doesn’t put out much heat at all. It is more decorative. The starter stopped working the second time we used it so we have to light it manually now.

This is just the right height. I got one of the other ones that was a little too tall to be on our screen and deck.
