I ordered two of these. Included thick cushion with nice fabric. All aluminum construction. Assembly is straightforward with only one allen wrench required. It's a lot easier if you have a cordless drill with a six inch extension. I also wanted the wheel feature in order not to drag them around. The cushion is vacuum packed to save shipping space. One of mine must have had a puncture because one of the boxes was distended. I did not want to open it because it says you have to pack everything in the original box for a return, which would be impossible. Customer service replied the next day and said to go ahead and open the box and they would make it right if the cushion or other parts were damaged. Nothing was damaged, so all good.
