Received the knife set within 2 days. It looks like it will work well. Has good shape and balance. Had a bit of difficulty getting the blades out of the plastic sheaths and had to trim the openings of the sheaths so the blades would slide in and out smoothly. It's a very nice looking set but I haven't yet had the opportunity to use it yet, so I'll reserve one star in my rating until then.

These knives are sharp. And worth the money. Definitely

I purchased this knife set a couple of weeks ago and just received them today. They came in a clamshell package. The knives come with a thick plastic sheath. This is very nice as it protects the knife as well as the user. The handles on the knives and the fork are very comfortable. The slicing knife and brisket knife have some weight to the blade which I imagine will help with the slicing. What I noticed about the knives, and why I am only giving this a 3-star rating, is that the blades of the knives are not aligned with the handles. It is as if they were bent right at the handles. I was thinking that maybe it happened in the clamshell package, but 2 of the knives are bent to the left and 1 is bent to the right. Granted that may not bother some people, and won't impact the functionality of the knives, it is something that bothers me as I thought I was purchasing a quality product. I tried to include pictures with this review, but cannot get this form to accept them.

I received.this set.as gift. I.wondered.why have.a brisket knife.... It really is the perfect knife for your smoked brisket. I definitely recommend these knifes I even have used the pit boss shears to Spatchcock a chicken 🐔 The shears made easy work of that project.

Very nice knives. Comfortable handles. Sharp blades..
