Great quality, but did have to replace the screws for the chairs with ones that I bought locally as the Phillips head stripped immediately on each one whether I used a manual or electric screwdriver. I even tried drilling out the holes a bit more but that material just grabs the screws. Went with stainless deck screws with a star bit.

Sturdy and easy to assemble! Looking forward to many meals with the family!

It’s a shame that the white glove service lowers the value of this expensive set due to ignorance. The delivery occurred and the crew threw my set together. Most screws left loose and at least 10-15 the screw heads were stripped. I’ll have to buy a tool to try and remove them because you cannot tighten them due to the damage. This is an expensive set and I have to spend time straightening out the chairs due to incompetence and lack of care. This is my second poly set. The first set came with matching black screws. This set came with chrome which stands out on the black poly, which looks bad. It’s tough to find attention to detail anymore. Quality and accountability with the “white glove” expert delivery is a JOKE ! Do better.

Holes r not all pre drilled screws go 90 percent even with electric screwdriver and start to burn at head Either holes r messed up or screws r too long very very frustrating Table was a piece of cake to put together For 3000 dollars crazy I needed a drill bit and ran out of screws bec they were in right hole and straight but going in 95 percent and sitting there

Love the patio set we purchased. Did not like that I ordered it in May and received it in July.
