Love, love, love this set! I was deciding between pollywood and teak and I’m so glad I went with the polywood. It is so heavy and durable and also very easy to clean. The chairs are really comfortable and I love that they have three adjustable positions for the seatbacks. The umbrella I already had fit perfectly in the table too, but I like that the table comes with a cap for the hole, in the event that I want to remove the umbrella.  This fits perfectly on my back patio and, as shown in the photo, you can see I also bought the matching lounger and table set. It is a perfect upgrade from what I had before, that didn’t make it through the wet winters the last two years. I could not be more happy with this purchase! I am really thankful for the white glove delivery service, Julio and his partner were fantastic. They were on time, polite, and the assembly was really quick. They even commented on what a nice set this was as it was the first one that they had assembled. 

Free white glove service was a lie. Dropped product and left. Wayfair is a fraud

Great quality outdoor furniture. I gave up on yearly painting and rust removal of my metal furniture. Poly Wood is so much easier.

The quality of the furniture seems fine, it's hard to tell at this point because it's still in the boxes. The big problem is the extremely poor delivery service. I paid $127.49 on top of the product price to have the boxes unpacked and have the set brought up one flight of stairs to the back yard area. The delivery driver was an hour late past the 4 hour delivery window, unloaded the boxes into the garage and said he didn't have time to carry the furniture to where it was supposed to be because he was "running late and I don't have time". Yes, I know you're late - you were an hour late getting here. The reason I needed it unpacked and placed in the backyard is because they delivered it to my parents (late seventies) who have no way of carrying the furniture themselves. They are stuck with patio furniture in the garage until I can figure out how to hire someone else to move it. Wayfair's response to this problem was to refund my money. This doesn't get the furniture moved, and I paid to have it placed in the back yard for an elderly couple, not the garage. Do better Wayfair, hire better delivery people.
