After waiting 6 weeks for this table to be delivered, I’m looking at the pieces strewn across my back yard unable to be assembled by the installers. Turns out that the required hardware was not shipped along with the table pieces. We now have to wait for that to be reordered and delivered. This was needed for the upcoming holiday weekend, and completion by then is unlikely as I’m told there is no way to expedite the missing hardware. This is very frustrating and shows a total lack of attention to detail. I expected better. I do not recommend this product.

Terrible service! I got White Glove Service/Delivery with the order. It was delivered in 5/24/24, it still has not been assembled, as promised! I have had a text “conversation” with 2 different reps and nothing! This is a gift from a graduating class to a school and they will be graduating on 6/11/24 and instead of a picnic table to dedicate to the school, there will be 4, large cardboard boxes with an unassembled table…
