COVERED IN TERMITES!!!!! Some colleagues and I assembled this and afterwards found TERMITES all over us all day!!!! Some of these panels were also broken in places and I can’t seem to figure out how to report this. The “help” center says to go to the order and select “report a problem” but this isn’t possible as that isn’t an option. I can’t even believe this such a gross disappointment. After spending over $1,500 on two sets of these. Customer service, please advise!!!!

Plan to install this weekend but love the look!!

I ordered two sets. The outside of the boxes had no damage but each fence piece had chips off the stained wood, unstained sections on both sets received. Wayfair is planning on making this right but the manufacturer needs to do a better job inspecting product before selling.

The fence works great for providing privacy and looks nice.
