Mailbox was very nice but shipped with a chip on top corner which I can only assume was clearly visible when carefully wrapped.

I'll give it a 5 for design and sturdiness. Mine is mounted on a custom made structure, not a post, so I had to purchase longer bolts. Came with zip instructions. There are angle brackets welded to the inside of the box at apprx the height of the outside handle (haven't a clue what they are for) that impeded on the size of a package that could be put inside. I had my installer flatten them with heavy duty pliers, after getting no response to a question I submitted as to what they were for. Since the door is already mounted to that inside box, no way it would have been an installation error. Heavy duty magnetic latch on the door. Looks good and I'll be adding my magnetic Bengals helmet when football season rolls around.
