Does not come with a stand and the weld at the bottom was either broke when it arrived or broke within the first hour of putting it up. Im not sure but stand is very cheaply made. The umbrella itself is more waterproof than water resistant and the lights are. A good plus

Fabric Color:Turquoise
The umbrella arrived and we were so excited until we opened the box. There was no hardware or instructions and the solar element was not included. Also, it appeared that this was a previously returned/refurbished item because there was some wear and tear on it. This would not have been a problem if this was disclosed in the product description. Hoping we can get a satisfactory solution. EDIT: We received a replacement umbrella and everything was in perfect order. Super easy to assemble and everything works great!
