First off, id give this 5 stars if it was just the pergola itself. I absolutely love it. Its been great in the rain and the quality is awesome. Everything came individually wrapped. However, I have to give this 4 instead of 5 stars only because the drapes and screens. In the picture on the website it shows that you cant see the grommets and you can in real life. Also they are not the color I thought theyd be. I thought they were coming in black. The screens are white and makes it hard to see through. The specs say they are black but they come delivered in grey and white. Super bummed because it changes the whole look I was going for and cant find replacements. The first half of setup you could do alone but will need a second set upnhands to get the posts and frame together. Its like adult legos. Mine did arrive with some dents in the posts but customer service took care of that so overall Im happy with the product, just not the drapesscreens and I cant find replacements in black. Ive gotten so many compliments on it.

The pergola arrived pretty quick over a few days as there were multiple deliveries. We haven’t opened up any of the six boxes yet as we need to complete our deck before the installer can build it.

The pergola as a whole (after getting it up) is sturdy and we're happy with it. The process of getting it and putting it up was challenging. First we were missing 4 items (one item being 80 screws!). Replacements were shipped without hassle but they came from China directly so we had to pay import/brokerage fees (which, fortunately Wayfair was quick to reimburse). And be careful when using the instructions. We found at least one case where the image is wrong (ironically one of the wrong images was an image to distinguish between two similar parts so it messed us up a bit before we realized the image in the instructions was actually wrong). Also, all the parts that come are clearly labelled which is nice, but we had one part that was labeled incorrectly which again fooled us for a bit before we realized it. But, after all that, the pergola itself is as expected and works nicely
