Purple replaced the white canopy with a darker color at no charge. Be sure to follow instructions on regular cleaning. Great customer service!

This is a great product and easy to put up. The cover is easy to work, slides good. I hung lights on the frame for a beautiful setting area

Once assembled it nice and strong. We didn't bolt to a deck we put posts into planters and used salt and pepper pebbles. Its plenty stable and looks fab! Have a Bungee handy( see photo) to keep light canopy out of dirt when assembling. Also make sure to count the hooks BEFORE you attach the canopy! We by accidnet stated of with the 2nd hook ( of 5 , on each side) and ended up realixinf we had not used the first one first, yikes we had to take all 4 off again...anyway we learned by doing and all mistakes we did were fixable...be sure to REALLY have the instructions near by and use it as a STEWP by Step reference , it helps and then it is very easy. Also the screw cover/rain caps are also needed in hidden places be sure to look around and get onto ladder once more to check the top which has many to cover as well! All in all I LOVE MY PERGOLA!!!! The pully to open and close the Pergola isn't thought out well by the Designer and luckily i am nifty and handy so i will create something on my own and add it on...others have said they use a long stick to push it, could work too. you 'll see it's a bit of impossible design ...eyeroll, BUT the PERGOLA is fantastic, especially a this price point a steal!

I love the way the pergola looks online. I will submit another review after it is set up on January 20, 2024.
