ordered this swing with so much excitement, but I was very disappointed when it arrived. The item I received was clearly used. It was shipped directly from the manufacturer. unfortunately, the manufacturer did not respond promptly to my concerns. Thankfully Wayfair’s customer service responded well and tried to help resolve the issue.

What a great swing! It goes for such a long time without stopping. I love that its lightweight enough to move around. It lives it at my camp house, and I am able to move it insideoutside. Assembly was ok. We were able to work around issues with a couple of screw threads that made attaching the seat back difficult. Other than that, everything went smooth. My husband is 62 250 lbs. He can lay down on it if he crosses his legs! Im interested to see how it does as far as longevity.

Love it! Super cozy and comfy. Easy to install. I would have preferred a more colourful cushion colour and a different frame colour but, otherwise its a perfect fit. Once installed, I came really close to just napping on it for the rest of the day, great design! I added two small pillows in the photo, those dont come with the purchase. I havent unpacked the lights yet. Those came in a separate delivery, a day later.

It's a nice swing char that looks how it's pictured, but it had some issues that made assembly difficult. Two screws were missing that I had to go buy at a hardware store and then there were several spots where the holes for the screws didn't line up close enough to get the screws in. Fortunately both places aren't load-bearing so the swing is still usable, but probably not as stable as it should be.

Its small swing, looks nice. But its not heavy or stable. It just toppled while I was swinging. so be careful. I would not consider it safe.
