Even though the description states the gazebo is 11’X17’ the boxes came in marked 12’X18’ which is too large for my use. I contacted customer service but no response yet days later.

Roof leaks and have had installation team return twice to troubleshoot but still leaking

Very pleased with our gazebo, had a damaged part and purple leaf got us a replacement fast Assembly wasn't too difficult and it's a great addition to our home

I love our 12x20 Gazebo! It was fairly easy to install, 2 people CAN install but I highly recommend 3 for erecting/assembling the roof My only complaint or suggestion for a future product is for Purple Leaf to add a radiant insulated roof panel The black aluminum panels will heat up instantly in the sun and radiates that heat within the structure making it almost useless shade (heat wise) still provides UV protection If they could add a reflective foil radiant shield with some styrofoam with a clean black finish on the underside I believe this would be a 6 star product! Plus having a compressed closed cell foam or styrofoam panel will also add some hail protection and add an insulation layer for cooler weather use This is just a suggestion, still a great product as is, and one of the only quality hardtop gazebos on the market with a true black metal roof

When my husband and I decided to expand our deck this year, we knew being in New England that if we wanted to maximize the investment a gazebo was a must, and boy were we right This gazebo is not only beautiful to look at, but the drainage system has helped tremendously with the crazy amount of rain, and the netting has helped keep the mosquitoes and other unwanted guests out We are basically living on our patio while others, who don’t have the same setup, have been forced inside their homes Now, I will be extremely honest here, and say this was not an easy setup! If you don’t have 3-4 strong and patient people who are experts at reading what felt like Pictionary type instructions, then you will 100% want to pay for the installation! It took my husband and I, with some minimal lifting assistance of our deck contractor, a few weekends to get put together, although, in fairness, we contended with greater than normal rains, and I have told many that this should be considered a true test of the strength of anyone’s marriage, lol All in all, if you’re thinking about purchasing this product, do it!!
