Wish I could give less than 1 star. Experience with Birch Lane has been horrible and infuriating. Disorganized & incompetent. Haven't even been able to check the fire table yet, so can't comment on the item specifically, but I strongly recommend buying from somewhere else. I'm sure there's plenty of places out there that are competent and have better customer service.

Horrible delivery! Product was in shambles and the ignite switch didnt work. This product was very expensive and we are very disappointed with what we received. It took my husband hours to clean up the mess and assemble only to find out it doesnt work!
