Ordering is a bit nerve wracking since there are only a few pictures of the different color options, but the product looks great so well worth the leap of faith! The two-star dock comes from the lack of instructions (I can figure it out, but it can’t be assumed others can) and for the lack of mounting equipment. Mine came with just one wood or sheet metal screw (for mounting into the fascia of my house) which has a powder coated head and will be impossible to match, and zero anchors. I live in Central Florida so one screw and no anchors just isn’t going to cut it. Unacceptable.
