I believe if something isn't right, then it is wrong until the seller fixes it. The seat cushion covers are extremely tight. One of the seat cushion zippers ripped backwards while trying too zip it shut. Poor quality and too small of zippers too hold in the foam pad.

Ordered 2 of these for our deck. They are a PAIN to put together! The holes do not really line up and the screws were very difficult to turn. Also, the description of the height of the seat is a lie. We are both tall people and were concerned with the height of the seat. The description says the height of the seat WITHOUT CUSHIONS is 18” high. It is not. It is only 14” high without the cushions. Even though they are shorter, they will work I guess. The quality of the materials is questionable so we will see how they last. When these need replaced, I would probably not buy these again.
